Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business)
- 2+ years of experience in managing or administering Segment, Amplitude, or similar analytics and data tools
- Experience with advanced features in Segment such as segmentation, event tracking, funnels, cohorts, etc.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, data pipelines, and analytics workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage integration and configuration of Segment and Amplitude
- Monitor the health of data flow from Segment to various destinations, including Amplitude
- Identify areas for optimization to improve tool performance
- Develop and maintain documentation for Segment and Amplitude setups, processes and best practices
- Enforce data governance protocols to ensure data consistency, accuracy and privacy compliance.
