Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in Branch Banking Operations or similar field.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support all payment and deposit operations products and services.
  • Respond to escalated cases in a timely manner providing accurate analysis.
  • Provide high levels of support to the analysts on your team and cross departmentally.
  • Work on highly time sensitive production support cases, including cases with high visibility to senior leaders.
  • Lead special projects, develop training material, and serve as a cross-departmental liaison to partner teams.
  • Assist the TM Applications Support Supervisor with scheduling for on-call rotations and queue management.
  • Perform in depth analysis of operational responsibilities of the team to develop the team and the scope of the teams responsibility.
  • Troubleshoot vendor supported and internally hosted applications and engage with correct departmental/vendor resources to lead resolution of complex issues.
  • Create and maintain logs for product issues, enhancements, defects, and testing of electronic banking applications and treasury management services.
  • Perform and manage support queues, ensuring timely assignment and routing of production issues to the correct analyst or support group.
  • Provide in depth reporting and analysis to management to help lead the improvement of operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced online banking applications experience preferred.
