Requirements
- Proficient understanding of end user interaction with the products
- Proficiency in suturing, use of proper surgical instruments, surgical knot tying, and proper use of adhesives
- Good understanding of basic anatomy
- Ability to inspect raw tissue for usability
- Proficiency with using the Time Tracker program
- Ability to follow corporate, regulatory, safety and production policies and procedures
Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of tissue products according to standard instructions and prints
- Operate and set up production supplies/equipment
- Collect supplies
- Handle materials in accordance with procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage, or other adverse effects
- Learn to inspect raw tissue for usability
- Communicate Inspection Results to appropriate personnel
- Work with Engineering to improve assembly and manufacturing methods
- Maintain proficiency with using the Time Tracker program
- Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety, and productivity
- Perform inspection of own’s work and other’s work
- Perform simple repairs on own or other’s work
- Initiate basic material requests, report quality issues, report efficiency, record measurements as needed
- Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety and production policies and procedures
- Maintain an excellent attendance record
- Perform other duties as assigned
