Requirements
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Acknowledge that the position requires successful completion of all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests.
- Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and product specifications.
- Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead.
- Tracks and monitors returns and special orders, operates cash registers, and processes transactions.
- Maintains accurate inventory and audits safety and compliance standards.
- Identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues and concerns.
- Models high-quality service and products, developing and inspiring others.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers and coworkers.
