Requirements

  • 5–7 years in ticketing operations or a related field; proficiency with primary ticketing systems (e.g., Ticketmaster, Secutix) is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; experience with financial tools and ticketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks with accuracy and efficiency under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills; able to engage with VIPs, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strong critical thinking and crisis management abilities.
  • Experience working closely with high-level sales or corporate hospitality teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead part-time staff or interns.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
  • Comfortable working in international, multicultural environments.
  • English required; Spanish or French preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ticketing logistics for the Platinum Access Program, including allocations, inventory control, and digital delivery.
  • Coordinate premium ticket and hospitality package builds and invoicing.
  • Ensure data integrity across ticketing systems and platforms.
  • Support testing and implementation of ticketing system features tailored to VIP configurations.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reconciliation related to ticketing and hospitality services.
  • Collaborate with internal finance teams and external vendors to ensure fiscal accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assist in tracking program costs and prepare variance analyses and financial summaries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Platinum Access Program stakeholders for all ticketing and financial matters.
  • Respond to client needs with discretion, professionalism, and a service-first mindset.
  • Liaise with departments including legal, sponsorship, hospitality, and guest services to ensure coordinated delivery.
  • Oversee match-day and event-time ticketing operations for Platinum Program VIP clients.
  • Assign and support on-site personnel and troubleshoot ticketing issues in real time.
  • Maintain high service standards aligned with FIFA and On Location expectations.
