Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline
- Ten years of relevant experience within the aviation industry

Responsibilities
- Lead the Thermal Laboratory team, promoting innovation, collaboration, and alignment with company and customer goals.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to define project budgets, resources, milestones, and timelines for both technology and program plans.
- Ensure the team prioritizes tasks effectively and meets project milestones, while being accountable for deliverables to stakeholders.
- Keep open and effective communication channels with team members, leaders, customers, and related disciplines, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Drive talent growth initiatives, matching team skills with work scope needs and supporting career advancement.
- Uphold safety, quality, and inclusion values; foster a lean culture through continuous improvement and FLIGHT DECK methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering, specializing in the use and/or development of aerothermal experimental measurements and techniques.
- Minimum 10 years experience in aerothermal design, test or related functions.
- Comprehensive knowledge of advanced aerothermal measurement techniques.
- Skilled in using FLIGHT DECK or equivalent lean methodologies.
- Strong project management and leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and influencing outcomes.
- Experienced in leading teams through successful programs, projects and complex processes.
- Effective at collaborating with engine Project & Systems teams and leading multi-site global projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
