Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a STEM field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in a hardware testing, lab technician, or quality assurance role
- Familiarity with basic Python coding strongly preferred
- General understanding of electronics, sensors, and embedded systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured test protocols

Responsibilities
- Execute test procedures for WHOOP hardware, evaluating the performance and reliability of internal subsystems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify issues and improve overall product functionality
- Collect, document, and analyze test data to provide actionable feedback to design and development teams
- Conduct functional, stress, and regression testing on prototype and production devices
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting efforts as needed
- Maintain clear and organized records of test plans, results, and anomalies
