Requirements
- 3-5 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition
- Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a business-to-business sales environment
- Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition
- Strong prospect-channel identification, development and qualification skills
- High degree of territory management capability
- Travel is required, must be comfortable in air/vehicle travel
- Must be able to pass a successful background investigation
Responsibilities
- Regularly meet, and often exceed, your monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)
- In tandem with your sales manager, develop a strategic plan for attacking your territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective
- Responsible for self-generating your own leads
- Quickly build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities, and consistently add to it
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Partner with your team’s Customer Success Specialist to ensure that accounts are implemented and activated as quickly as possible
- Work alongside our partners at Shell to ensure consistency of message within your markets
- Be a proactive communicator regarding your work
- Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge
- Independent Contributor role with the responsibility of managing your own sales territory
