Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance or business administration degree preferred) or a minimum of two to three years’ experience of credit management.
  • Finance background preferred (i.e. to review financial statements/credit reports)
  • Understanding of debits, credits and collection.
  • Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook)
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong in Salesforce

Responsibilities

  • Review new customers for credit worthiness by obtaining a credit application and pulling credit bureaus.
  • Prepare and execute signed copies of secured financing documents including the inventory security agreement and personal guarantee from customers.
  • Approve Dealer account creations.
  • Manage daily purchase approvals from the finance company for whole goods orders via the COMS website.
  • Release orders in a timely manner.
  • Establish a credit limit for an open trade line account for customers to purchase tractor spare parts and manage the credit line daily.
  • Own termination process.
  • Manage past due customers via phone or email leveraging the TermSync / Cforia collection software to collect past due open trade account balances.
  • Assist the finance company in collecting finance charges or whole goods sold out of trust via phone or email via the COMS website.
  • Work in Salesforce.
  • Manage order hold reports daily.
  • Work with sales team on Dealer issues.
