Requirements
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in partner management.
- A strong understanding of the sales process and Channel Sales.
- Proven ability to develop and support a partner region.
- Experience in presenting, training, and enabling new partners.
- High energy and a self-starter attitude with exceptional motivation.
- Ability to work collectively with employees within the sales function and across functions including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and identify business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support Nutanix partners, including developing relationships with both managed and unmanaged partners.
- Conduct regional analysis to identify top partners and potential new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with Nutanix sales teams to align partner support with overall sales strategies.
- Provide training and enablement for partners on Nutanix technology to enhance their business growth.
- Regularly report on partner performance and growth opportunities within the designated region.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through effective partner development and support.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting a high-energy team culture focused on motivation and drive.
- Achieve first-year objectives such as onboarding key partners, establishing robust support frameworks, and meeting revenue targets for the region.
