Requirements
- Ph.D., MBA, JD, or related graduate or terminal degree from a nationally-accredited institution in Business Management or other relevant fields
- University-level teaching experience in management or related areas
- Strong commitment to high-quality pedagogy, including currency in teaching content, methods, and instructional technology
- Curricular and program development experience
- Demonstrated collegiality, good citizenship, professional background and commitment to serve the school
Responsibilities
- Teach and provide instructional leadership at the undergraduate and graduate levels in topics related to organizational behavior, human resource management, sports business, and international business
- Be familiar with the scholarly basis of pedagogy and the content of the teaching areas
- Participate in department, school, university, and professional activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in additional Management areas such as strategy, business ethics, or sustainability
