Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Foundational understanding of construction project phases, scheduling, permitting, or site coordination (can include academic coursework, internships, or project-based learning).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to organize complex information clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, development, and authorship of the Construction Project Management Manual.
- Collect and synthesize information from internal stakeholders, project managers, contractors, and regulatory sources.
- Document end-to-end construction project workflows including planning, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, procurement, construction execution, quality control, and closeout.
- Ensure content is clearly structured, consistent, and aligned with both company standards and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, legal, procurement, facilities, and safety to gather insights and verify procedures.
- Develop standardized templates, checklists, and guidelines to support repeatable project execution.
- Identify gaps and inconsistencies in current processes and recommend practical improvements.
