Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field (required)
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and distance learning best practices
- Demonstrated analytical skills for sound decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (Blackboard preferred) and Articulate Rise & PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-quality instructional materials in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and effective learning experiences
- Develop comprehensive course content, including syllabi, assessments, and multimedia elements to enhance learner engagement
- Create instructor course guides to support effective delivery of learning experiences
- Ensure all instructional materials and course designs comply with accreditation standards and institutional policies
