Requirements
- You are an undergraduate/college student currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on computer science, engineering, or technology.
- You are passionate about a career in tech.
- You are available to join us for a co-op/internship (if selected) in 2026 after the completion of the advisory program.
Responsibilities
- Attend workshops, learn more about the organization and network with women in technology at RBC.
- Participate in virtual mentoring one on one with a mentor and through group sessions with senior leaders.
