Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or similar work experience with technical writing.
  • You have a foundational understanding of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • You are committed to continuous learning and improving technical skills.
  • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills to produce clear, concise, and actionable documentation for technology support teams and end users.
  • You have analytical skills to help you identify opportunities for improving quality and usage.
  • You have strong attention to detail for content formatting, grammar, and usability.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and collaborate across groups.

Responsibilities

  • Support service excellence initiatives by applying knowledge and skills in areas such as Knowledge Management, AI/Automation, Reporting and Analytics, and self-service solutions.
  • Analyze performance data and implement operational improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance user support services.
  • Work closely with more senior team members and Technology Service Excellence Manager, as well as cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
