Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in influencing or leading Technology projects among dispersed teams, particularly in working within the Agile project management process.
- Familiarity with business technology through exposure to software development, assessment, or implementation.
- Experience working on technology implementation projects and the SDLC lifecycle.
- Highly skilled in the overall agile development approaches/methodologies, practices, and practical applications.
- Knowledge of Agile and Product Management working tools such as Jira, Rally or Roadmunk.
- Working knowledge of procurement/supplier management, supplier risk management and contract management is an asset.
Responsibilities
- In support of our Global Supplier Services, learn and implement the latest technologies related to procurement, vendor management and intelligent workflows.
- Participate and lead key parts of a multi-year transformation and innovation initiative.
- Act as Product Owner for multiple squads across Global Supplier Services including vendor products and data integration.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the cross functional teams, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into Epics, user stories, tasks and product specifications.
- Coordinating with squads, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, creating/refining user requirements and stories, prioritizing work, coordinating UAT and maintaining and prioritizing squad backlogs.
- Primary person responsible for managing the product backlogs.
- Organize and coordinate regular Fleet sync meetings and Fleet Incremental Business Reviews.
- Responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from work of the Development Team.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and work collaboratively with Technology colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of procurement/supplier management, supplier risk management and contract management is an asset.
