Technology Product & Portfolio Management Specialist

Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience in influencing or leading Technology projects among dispersed teams, particularly in working within the Agile project management process.
Familiarity with business technology through exposure to software development, assessment, or implementation.
Experience working on technology implementation projects and the SDLC lifecycle.
Highly skilled in the overall agile development approaches/methodologies, practices, and practical applications.
Knowledge of Agile and Product Management working tools such as Jira, Rally or Roadmunk.
Working knowledge of procurement/supplier management, supplier risk management and contract management is an asset.

In support of our Global Supplier Services, learn and implement the latest technologies related to procurement, vendor management and intelligent workflows.
Participate and lead key parts of a multi-year transformation and innovation initiative.
Act as Product Owner for multiple squads across Global Supplier Services including vendor products and data integration.
Serve as the primary liaison between the cross functional teams, Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to translate business requirements into Epics, user stories, tasks and product specifications.
Coordinating with squads, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, creating/refining user requirements and stories, prioritizing work, coordinating UAT and maintaining and prioritizing squad backlogs.
Primary person responsible for managing the product backlogs.
Organize and coordinate regular Fleet sync meetings and Fleet Incremental Business Reviews.
Responsible for maximizing the value of the product resulting from work of the Development Team.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and work collaboratively with Technology colleagues.

Working knowledge of procurement/supplier management, supplier risk management and contract management is an asset.
