Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant technology procurement experience, encompassing product counseling, technology transactions, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience within a multinational company is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in procurement and technology transactions is a must.
- 1+ years’ experience in data privacy, NIST, FedRAMP, intellectual property, insurance, platform liability, and generative AI.
Responsibilities
- Review, negotiation, and management of vendor contracts, focusing on technology vendors.
- Ability to closely collaborate with product management and development teams to proactively mitigate risks during the entire contracting and product development process.
- Continuously improve procurement processes and product lifecycle management including drafting, maintenance and updates for playbooks and templates to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across product and procurement functions.
- Proactively identify and advise on risks and opportunities, engaging with all levels of the business to promote informed decision-making and proactive risk management.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, with a particular emphasis on digital identity and online platforms, along with relevant procurement regulations.
- Ability to succinctly communicate contract risk concepts to business and product stakeholders.
- Oversee internal communications, projects, and training initiatives, leading high-impact projects and compliance across multiple stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry developments in areas such as online platforms, digital identity, privacy, generative AI, data protection, and procurement best practices to anticipate and address emerging challenges.

- Exceptional analytical, drafting, negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities, with a proven capacity to translate complex concepts into practical business advice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively communicate with and advise technology and procurement teams on complex technology vendor matters.
- Experience advising on privacy, consumer protection, user campaigns, marketing, promotions, and other relevant regulatory requirements, including those specific to procurement is highly desirable.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, demonstrating a proactive and highly effective problem-solving mindset.
