Requirements

- Experience in project management or consulting, particularly in technology/solutions integration and adoption.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate within cross-functional teams.
- Strong personal skills to co-lead development teams in facilitating the launch of new products.
- Experience working with product managers and understanding technical aspects of product launches.
- Strategic thinking to identify and leverage partnering opportunities for market adoption.
Responsibilities
- Explore future opportunities and technologies developed by Intuitive, Intuitive Ventures and Future Forward to enhance PEPS teams and processes.
- Research ways to expand current PEPS operations with new technology, collaborating with Data Science and Technology Integration Program Managers for value generation.
- Partner with product managers and the Future Forward team to identify technical nuances and product needs for new launches and improvements.
- Lead focus groups and work with sales leadership to set and achieve implementation targets, identifying and removing barriers early in the process.
- Ensure value generation post product inception, providing feedback on product lifecycle changes to the development groups.
- Generate and monitor success metrics to assess the impact and implementation status of newly adopted technologies, ensuring continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of web-based applications and web security best practices
- Comfortable with presenting to executive leadership and/or large groups of 50 or more people.
