Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing complex, global, technology-driven projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to inspire via superior communication & interpersonal skills is required
- Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise Technology processes is required
- Experience using tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Service Now, Trello, etc. to develop and maintain project deliverables
- Must be able to manage time independently and work under pressure
- Must be comfortable identifying owners for project tasks and holding stakeholders accountable to agreed-upon deadlines, escalating promptly to management if deadlines are not met
- Demonstrated ability to successfully partner with a wide range of stakeholders including vendors, regulators, partners, and third parties
Responsibilities
- Utilize project management methodology to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives abiding to time, budget, and scope requirements
- Align with project stakeholders to develop project objectives and outline project scope requirements
- Create and present Technology project summary documentation to ensure all project risks and blockers are raised and an accurate project status is communicated business-wide
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to mitigate project risks and blockers, ensuring risks are raised to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner, mitigations are identified, and action is taken
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and software vendors
- Ensure proper documentation, training, and change management processes are in place to support user adoption
- Perform post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and project successes
- Leverage data to create KPIs and dashboards to increase business visibility into overall Technology project performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or advanced degree in business and/or technology is preferred, but not required
- Experience communicating and interacting with executive teams is preferred
- Experience working on cloud transformation projects is a plus
- PMP certification is highly desired
- Experience managing projects related to enhancing enterprise tools (ServiceNow, Workfront, etc.) that promote workflow efficiencies and/or experience on projects decommissioning tools is preferred
- Experience in gaming, hospitality, retail, or similar industry is preferred
- Experience managing project budgets through regular monitoring and reporting is a plus
