Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management
  • Experience implementing at least one complex E2E program on the Microsoft Dynamics platform
  • Minimum of 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics Experience (D365 or AX)
  • Minimum of 5 years of Dealer Business Systems (custom COBOL ERP) experience
  • Minimum of 5 years working at a heavy equipment dealer
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or working with offshore resources
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams focused on maintaining and extending the legacy heavy equipment Dealer Business System until dealers are ready to pivot to Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Provide leadership oversight and strategic guidance related to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP technology solutions that transform clients’ finance, sales, service, and rental operations
  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Microsoft Dynamics offerings
  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements, providing business insight based on experience in the heavy equipment distribution industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with heavy equipment dealers, focusing on CFO and CIO levels and helping them chart and deliver their ERP transformation journeys
  • Where needed, lead transformation project work streams and delivery teams

  • You have experience in integration and middleware technologies
  • You have experience in broader non-ERP technologies used in the heavy equipment dealer industry
