Requirements
- Must have the ability to work fulltime in the fall if the internship is granted an extension.
- Enrolled in Computer Science and/or business course work Or already holding a degree in computer science and/or business or, or the work experience equivalent.
- Work within a customer oriented, positive team environment. Great face forward customer service ability.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for communications with technical and non-technical staff.
Responsibilities
- Image and configure laptops, desktops, and other equipment (including monitors, card readers, and accessories) for use by KeyBank employees based on individual assignments.
- Ensure safe packaging and shipping of devices to various domestic and international addresses.
- Track and manage KeyBank’s inventory of equipment, ensuring accurate records.
- Process returned equipment, preparing it for future use.
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical support experience in a computer support environment
- Configure, troubleshoot and repair hardware
- Configure network connectivity, including mobile computing
- Demonstrate functional knowledge of information security and best practices
- Possess excellent customer service skills
- Thinks out of the box
- Accepts personal responsibility and is a team player
