Technician – Quality Control

Requirements

• High school completion required
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical or inspection role preferred (e.g., quality, engineering)
• Basic understanding of blueprint reading and use of basic hand tools (micrometers, indicators, etc.) required
• ASQ certification (Certified Quality Technician or similar), experience and knowledge of calibration, metrology, and quality system auditing, or additional educational degree(s) preferred
• Must be able to work the afternoon or midnight shift

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute testing across the production cycle: Perform Work in Process (WIP), final inspection, and detailed dimensional and Non-Destructive Testing (including Dye Penetrant). Maintain accurate records throughout
• Prepare essential reports: Generate reports for products and customers, collaborating with staff as needed
• Support source inspections: Ensure customer requirements are met during source inspections
• Contribute to our Quality Management System (QMS): Assist with calibration, MRR, DMR, RMA processes, and more

Preferred Qualifications
