Requirements
- University degree or College diploma in a related field
- Certification in a relevant trade – Industrial Millwright/Mechanic trade certification or Industrial Electrician trade certification preferred, but not required
- 12 years maintenance experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing, maintenance operations and related processes
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an automotive (JIT) Tier 1 manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
