BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
10+ Years of Software Engineering/Development Experience.
Experience building applications using NET C#.
Interested and enthused to learn new technology to include Microsoft Power Platform.
Experience with developing cloud solutions on AWS or Azure.
Proficiency in developing application components using JavaScript and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular.
Possess 3+ years’ experience leading development teams.
Experience in consuming web services using client or server code.
Proficiency in developing database scripts using SQL and developing database objects like tables, stored procedures, and triggers.
Understanding of end-to-end technical architecture.
Experience with full stack development: Client side, middle tier, database.
Flexibility to switch between development technologies in multiple projects.
Leadership skills to influence upward and downward, ability to influence the technology roadmap, and train team members.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Motivation, self-direction, aptitude for learning, and a team player.
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues quickly and thoroughly.
Provide white glove customer service when troubleshooting issues directly with customers.
