Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
  • Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
  • Continuous refine, improve pitches to attract top tier candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sourcing tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience sourcing for industry software engineers, and other technical roles.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Certification in sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
