Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- High efficiency.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and understanding of technical roles, skills, and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of top-tier technical candidates to support current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source, engage, and nurture relationships with top technical talent using various sourcing tools and strategies.
- Screen and assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Continuous refine, improve pitches to attract top tier candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging sourcing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience sourcing for industry software engineers, and other technical roles.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup or tech company.
- Certification in sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
