Requirements
- Exposure to Financial Crime Compliance
- Current API skills ideally using Rest or Soap
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, Excel
- Experience in data formats and transformations with an understanding of software development and database systems
- Ability to use data quality concepts and tools to resolve issues, valuing client needs as a high priority
- Solid analytical skills, capable of understanding complex business problems and developing solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong team collaboration skills, soliciting input and managing conflict effectively
Responsibilities
- Providing technical integration and consulting services directly to clients in financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement, and insurance verticals
- Appling deep technical knowledge and Financial Crime Compliance expertise to assist clients, sharing insights in data science as relevant, though the role is not a data science position
- Delivering installation, implementation, and configuration support, proficient in XML and JSON formats, and maintains up-to-date implementation project plans
- Communicating technical terms effectively to clients with varied levels of technical understanding
- Leading technical presentations and product demonstrations, highlighting integration capabilities with LexisNexis Risk Solutions’ products
- Participating in and contributing to departmental projects aimed at enhancing team productivity
- Engages in ongoing training and personal skill development to support client needs and departmental goals
- Engage with sales, products, and support teams, other relevant internal staff, and provide post-production transition support
- Demonstrating expertise in LexisNexis products and common industry practices, the consultant will also mentor less experienced team members
