Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical role (e.g., Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer)
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
Responsibilities
- Leverage technical background to address complex business and technical challenges
- Develop both business and customer-facing acumen
- Work closely with product and engineering teams
- Deliver impactful solutions
- Partner with members of Post-Sales & Sales teams to help solve problems and drive business results
- Become an expert in Persona’s platform products and future offerings
- Directly inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Receive 1:1 mentorship from a member of the post-sales/sales team
