Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years of work experience in medical device consulting or project management with specialization in healthcare technology
  • Advanced knowledge of networking and cloud hosted solutions is required. Familiarity with on-premise infrastructure requirements is a plus.
  • Demonstrated success working within a remotely distributed team and cross functional groups and resources across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Proven ability to drive schedule creation, task completion, team accountability, and risk management
  • Solid administrative and record keeping skills
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders – operational, clinical, and technical
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

  • Partners with Digital and Capital Sales Teams, Product Network and Data team and other cross functional partners to define, plan, and manage full activation of digital products.
  • Collaborate with product development and go to market teams to identify industry trends and enhance digital solutions.
  • Forges solid relationships internally and with customer contacts
  • Understand how our digital solutions integrate with Intuitive’s robotic platforms and within the hospital enterprise. Serve as the customer facing digital solutions technology expert. Support the sales process through the preparation and presentation of consultative integration strategies for Intuitive’s digital application.
  • Effectively navigate hospital technology intake processes to achieve acceptance, prioritization, and implementation of digital applications. This includes, presenting network topology and data flow diagrams and addressing customer technical review boards.
  • Manages multiple ongoing projects and resources while successfully establishing work expectations across internal and external customers.
  • Partner with colleagues to achieve implementation goals, ensuring thorough documentation and careful project transitions, to satisfy the clinical expectations.
  • Schedules and manages customer site and resource availability, and accuracy of field service orders to enable continuity of work and ensure resource efficiency.
  • Responsible for consistent communication and reporting to stakeholders, including scope changes, schedule changes, milestone achievements, routine status updates, and others as required to maintain stakeholder awareness.
  • Maintains and assure accuracy of detail within the project tracking system in SFDC and other systems.
  • Responsible for escalation, decision tracking, and resolution of any identified technical implementation risks or challenges
  • Proactively identifying education and skill gaps and pursuing continued education to acquire necessary expertise.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP/ITIL Certification(s) (preferred) or equivalent in-depth knowledge of core IT technology project and implementation processes management (e.g., technical infrastructure, software configurations, networking and technical, technical product development, business systems implementation)
