Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Minimum of three years related work experience.
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred.
- Scrum/Agile Certification strongly preferred.
- Agile Acumen- Best practices, deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, DevOp
- Agile Project Management Background
- Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to coach and influence product teams and organization, in order to build healthy habits within the organization
- Driver of change in a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide insight on best practices for high performing teams in the delivery of technology-related product or projects, ensuring team actions are aligned with project goals.
- Facilitate planning, team learning, and assist adaptation of processes to ensure the quality of team solutions.
- Encourage a continuous learning environment to strengthen the team’s understanding of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles as they relate to technical capabilities.
- Apply methodology that supports the integration of changing customer inputs and business conditions into technology-related product development.
- Work with product owners and management to define and prioritize technology-related outcomes. Identify trade-offs between short- and long-term benefits to drive shared vision between the team and product owner.
- Ensure the application of agile frameworks to the development process to increase effectiveness of technology-related product development or architecture.
- Facilitate Scrum/Kanban Events and lead in Agile best practices.
- Identify and may remove roadblocks to technology-related product development or architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational technology projects preferred.
- Financial Services and technical experience preferred.
