Responsibilities
- Ownership of the Field Sales life cycle process
- Understand customer’s needs and ensure products and services are positioned
- Respond to the Client Engagement Plan to enhance profitability
- Propose solutions to customers through pitches, presentations, bids & tender submissions
- Relay competitive information back to appropriate stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for new products and services
- Visit customer worksites to ensure products meet expectations
- Maintain effective communications with key stakeholders
- Generate annual revenue targets through sales plans
- Identify and address revenue gaps for target achievement
- Assist Technical Sales Manager with sales strategies and budget
- Deliver positive commercial results through strong negotiating skills
- Evaluate sales and identify pull-through opportunities
- Finalize the upsell plan in conjunction with the Account Manager
