Requirements
- Years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically focused on technical roles
- Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates at top-tier tech companies or startups
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship-building
- Experience with modern recruiting tools (Ashby, LinkedIn, Gem, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Passion for building diverse teams and fostering inclusive hiring practices
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle technical recruiting process, from sourcing and outreach to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategies, job requirements, and candidate profiles
- Develop creative sourcing techniques and build pipelines of top-tier engineering talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Establish and improve recruiting processes, tools, and metrics for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with our marketing team to build and execute talent branding initiatives (blogs, events, meetups)
