Requirements
- 2+ years of recruiting experience at a high-growth company, including both technical and business hiring
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to go above and beyond the basic responsibilities of the role, especially in a high-volume and sometimes high-pressure recruitment setting
- Enthusiasm for Verse’s mission and vision to better in-home health care
Responsibilities
- Technical recruitment: source and interview Engineering and Product candidates
- Executive hiring: source top talent and serve as a process-shepherd for especially senior, niche, or hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with hiring managers across the organization to understand their needs and outline unique candidate profiles prior to kicking off new searches
