Requirements
- 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company, with early-stage start-up experience preferred.
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and close passive candidates for highly technical roles.
- Excellent written communication for personalized outreach and candidate engagement.
- Experience with modern ATS systems (we use Ashby) and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive full-cycle recruiting across research and engineering roles, from pipeline generation to close.
- Implement multi-channel sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent in distributed systems, AI/ML research, and full-stack engineering.
- Work with existing RPO/recruiting partners to maintain a healthy, high-quality top of funnel
- Build and nurture talent pools for both near-term hires and long-term team growth.
- Foster a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and engagement.
- Develop compelling outreach messaging that captures Hedra’s mission and excites candidates about hard, meaningful problems.
