Requirements
- 5 year of experience managing aerospace product development and manufacturing projects
- Demonstrated track record of on-time and on-budget deliveries of engineering products
- Experience with spacecraft of launch vehicle development cycles
- Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle P6
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management best practices
- Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Responsibilities
- Developing, managing and controlling project cost and schedule estimates
- Maintaining alignment between high level program IMS and lower level project work planning
- Identifying, tracking and reporting project risks
- Implementing and managing project cost control processes
Preferred Qualifications
- 8 year of experience managing aerospace product development and manufacturing projects
- Masters Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university
- Familiarity with spacecraft cryogenic and non-cryogenic fluids management and/or thermal control systems
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with procurement processes
