Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role, managing complex projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills can prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and risk assessment
- Lead cross-functional teams providing guidance, motivation, and support to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and senior management
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely update to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control measures are in place
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
