Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience driving new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing initiatives for hardware products.
Responsibilities
- Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) Process, ensuring the execution of enabling manufacturing, test, and other key technologies in advance of New Product Introduction (NPI) development roadmaps.
- Work with functional stakeholders to refine and document NTI process flows, policies, roles, and responsibilities per the requirements of the business.
- Lead the delivery and maintenance of a portfolio of key technologies to enable advanced product designs.
- Push the boundaries of existing technologies and processes with supply chain partners.
- Lead critical Test Vehicle builds to validate Design of Experiments (DOEs) for manufacturing/test process parameter development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree of science in engineering, physics, materials science, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with thermal evacuation assembly technologies (e.g., liquid cooling, vapor chambers, heat pipes, etc.).
- Experience in driving manufacturing technology development efforts during NPI on hardware products for data centers.
- Experience with PCB/PCBA manufacturing technologies.
