Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in test development (e.g., design validation, hardware, manufacture, product, performance, or quality testing).
- Experience with AI/ML technologies or infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of qualification hardware and tests, from initial definition through execution, in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage HTOL systems for the development of optimal qualification of ASIC.
- Drive the definition and execution of silicon and package qualification, encompassing tests such as HTOL, ELFR, ESD/LU, b/HAST, and THB.
- Drive ML/AI hardware diagnostic improvements with diagnostics teams to enable faster root cause investigation.
- Drive and track component failures internally and drive Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) with suppliers.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience as a semiconductor manufacturing, product or test engineer.
- Experience in data analysis in quality reliability.
