Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing software development programs for browsers or mobile applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and UX designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch, including planning, tracking progress, identifying and resolving issues, and managing dependencies.
- Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of development teams, and the quality of product launches.
- Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of priorities and establish effective partnerships cross-functionally.
- Deliver continuous and transparency to keep core team members aligned, and stakeholders informed.
- Leverage an understanding of mobile feature development to identify and build new operational improvements and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with mobile feature development processes.
