Requirements
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED or the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
- Experience managing aerospace and defense programs related to data science, machine learning, mobile software, web applications, or software.
- Expertise in Agile development processes and tools.
- Demonstrated performance in managing program budgets and schedules to successful program conclusion.
- Proven record interfacing with customers and developing external relationships.
- Experience with proposal writing and costing.
- MS (preferred) or degree in engineering or equivalent discipline.
- At least 3 years in program management is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead teams of engineers developing capabilities that address complex aerospace and defense challenges.
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams developing algorithmic, software, and hardware solutions for military personnel and autonomous systems.
- Lead teams through an Agile development process.
- Maintain schedules and budgets.
- Provide overall direction for successful completion of programs.
- Work with customers on technical requirements.
- Help bring the customer’s vision to reality.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications
