Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex software or platform initiatives across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Exceptional program and stakeholder management skills with a track record of driving execution in matrixed environments.
- Deep technical acumen: you’re comfortable digging into technical discussions with engineers, understanding trade-offs, and surfacing critical details.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align day-to-day execution to long-term objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Responsibilities
- Drive large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple business and technical teams, aligning efforts to strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope work, and develop realistic timelines.
- Anticipate, identify, and resolve risks and blockers to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous technical problems and project goals, ensuring teams stay focused and aligned.
- Provide clear, timely communication to all levels of the organization, from engineers to executive leadership.
- Foster accountability, continuous improvement, and a results-oriented culture across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred, but Comcast may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience).
- 15 Years + relevant work experience.
