Requirements
- 7–10 years of relevant experience as a TPM or engineering program manager in fast-paced tech environments.
- Proven experience leading complex technical programs with distributed systems, APIs, cloud infrastructure, or trading platforms.
- Strong technical acumen—you don’t need to code daily, but you should be comfortable reading architecture docs, debating implementation trade-offs, and debugging timelines with engineers.
- Fintech product knowledge—whether from a trading platform, robo-advisor, or bank—you understand the regulatory and user dynamics that shape our domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills—you can translate between business, design, and engineering fluently.
- Familiarity with compliance, security, or operational requirements in a regulated industry is a big plus.
- Self-directed, scrappy, and outcome-oriented—you thrive in startup environments where clarity and process are earned, not handed to you.
- Based in the Bay area, or you have a plan to relocate, and work onsite at the Mountain View HQ at least 3 times a week.

- Partner with engineers and product managers to make high-quality technical trade-offs and sequencing decisions that balance speed, scope, and long-term scalability.
- Bridge the communication between the Engineering team and Financial Operations team, and report to the Product team on real-time updates and progresses.
- Bring order to ambiguity—turning fluid business goals into clear program plans and execution frameworks.
- Evangelize engineering and product best practices while driving accountability for timelines, quality, and outcomes.
- Serve as a technical sounding board and escalation point—deeply understanding the architecture, systems, and dependencies behind your program.
- Support for engineering design documentation.
- Project management of timelines and progress tracking.
