Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive, cross-organizational technical program management experience, with a focus on highly visible, large-scale strategic federal and/or public sector initiatives
- 3+ years experience leading the development and implementation of new technology, cloud environments, migrations, business, compliance, and/or process improvement initiatives
- 3+ years experience working in a federal government business model
- Experience in leading SAAS product development and deployment in the cloud for Intelligence Community and/or DoD is Required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership, program sponsors, boundary partners, business leads, and technology teams to drive the successful implementation of large-scale, cross-organization strategic programs aimed at enterprise growth in the Federal market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience Leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution design/implementation with a secure authentication and authorization framework for SaaS product deployed in AWS GovCloud enforcing U.S. citizenship, US Person, Cleared resources-based access controls, integrating with federated identity providers (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD), multi-factor authentication (MFA), role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
- FedRAMP experience a plus
- Prior military experience a plus
- Experience with Change Advisory Board processes and procedures a plus
- Experience with Jira/Confluence a plus
