Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in data integration or related technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies for project management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills, both live and in written text.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in effectively managing conflicting needs of stakeholders.
- Understanding of business value related to product features and functions.
- Expertise in balancing synchronous and asynchronous communication in global company settings.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize product development and feature backlogs, aligning them with the product roadmap and strategic goals.
- Work closely with product managers, business teams, and external contacts to analyze needs and define product features that deliver maximum value.
- Coach teams and coordinate sprints, and help engineers and managers remain up-to-date on trends and best practices in agile project management.
- Collaborate with engineering managers across teams to coordinate backlogs and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Lead sprint demos, showcase our work, and incorporate feedback to guide future sprints.
- Serve as a product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions about our data integration tools.
- Lead product release plans and set clear expectations for the delivery of new functionalities.
