Requirements
- Background in software development
- Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Expertise in Scrum methodologies
- Capability to manage incidents, service requests, and change processes
- Familiarity with SQL and SSIS
- Experience with DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to prioritize, allocate, and monitor tasks across the development team
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track project milestones and uphold streamlined team processes
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation
- Assist in root cause analysis for integration-related issues
- Facilitate the documentation, management and communication of change requests
- Partner with project teams to gather, refine, and convey business requirements
- Compile and present monthly reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize team workflows, tools, or procedures
- Act as a conduit between the development team and project teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coordination, support, or administrative role within a technical team
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with financial systems or integrations
- Proficiency in SQL and/or SSIS
- Exposure to DevOps methodologies
