Requirements
- 4+ years of mobile app development experience
- 2+ years leading a team of engineers
- Expert-level knowledge of iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java) development
- Strong understanding of modern architecture patterns and principles
- Experience developing integrations with RESTful APIs
- Experience with mobile CI/CD, testing frameworks, and performance optimization
- Proficiency in mobile app performance monitoring and debugging
- Knowledge of mobile analytics and user experience optimization
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering team in cross-functional project launches
- Mentor engineers through technical coaching and professional development
- Collaborate with product management and design to translate project requirements into technical implementations
- Participate in system design and architecture conversations
- Primary focus on team leadership and strategic guidance, with minimal direct coding responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvement in team processes, technical infrastructure, and delivery capabilities
- Drive the annual performance process and deliver regular performance feedback
