Requirements
- College degree in design and drafting or AME certification
- Must be able to obtain CGD clearance in Canada
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound gas turbine engine knowledge
- Solid computer skills (MS Suite and 3D/2D CAD software)
- Familiarity with SGML or XML writing is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and specifications for P&WC products’ maintenance and overhaul manuals
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for various audiences
- Create and include technical illustrations, diagrams, and schematics to improve understanding of maintenance and overhaul procedures
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements, company guidelines, and safety standards
- Conduct usability testing and collect feedback from end-users to improve the quality and effectiveness of P&WC’s manuals
- Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with SGML or XML writing is a plus
