Engage in strategy and execution and work closely with the BU leadership on various aspects of the development and execution to provide a secure, efficient, and innovative infrastructure solutions.
Work closely with the field leadership on key customer needs, engagements and support activities that can grow the business.
Pioneering storage engineering initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure platforms that support HV’s operational and strategic objectives.
Collaborating closely with Security & Compliance teams to implement and enforce policies and configurations that meet HV security standards.
Partnering with Product Management to develop and enhance the core platform capabilities, enabling efficient deployment and testing processes.
Overseeing the maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of resources, focusing on performance, cost management, and security.
Acting as a subject matter expert in Hardware and software technologies, guiding the engineering team and partnering with IT, security, support, and business teams to deliver projects that align with strategic goals.
Establishing metrics and reporting mechanisms for health, performance, and costs, making recommendations for enhancements to senior leadership.
Fostering an environment of continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs to recommend and implement changes in the core platform.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field, with an in depth understanding of Systems and Software engineering.
10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, including significant leadership experience in storage or networking engineering roles.
Proven track record in implementing cloud strategies, with hands-on experience in filesystems and/or data center infrastructures.
Deep understanding of Storage or systems infrastructure tooling such as networking, virtual machines, key management, and more.
Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with a focus on developing skills and capabilities in mission critical infrastructure.
