Requirements
- Have a Bachelor degree in Engineering or 10+ yrs of professional experience
- Have experience in design engineering, repair development, and/or field service of rotary machines including gas turbines
- Have impressive interpersonal and leadership skills and the ability to influence others and lead small teams and coordinate several projects simultaneously
- Possess effective problem identification and solution skills, as well as analytical and organizational ability
Responsibilities
- Supporting US Gulf coast LNG customer installed base of gas turbines and compressors including activities such as customer issue resolution, product bulletin implementation, monitoring and diagnostics, and fleet management
- Conducting Outage Management: support customer outage planning and preparation and fast issue resolution during outage execution
- Leading the technical communication for technical investigations/ RCA, collaborate with global experts to optimize customer equipment Reliability and Availability, and manage critical KPIs
- Presenting projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
- Communicating solutions across the own function and with cross-functional partner organizations
