Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a customer-facing Project Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Manager at a SaaS company
- Meticulous project management skills
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong focus on customer outcomes
- Ability to deal with a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization skills
- Ability to understand the ‘why’ behind customer asks
- Eager to join a start-up and work in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working with customers over video call/email
Responsibilities
- Drive successful implementation projects for Pave’s compensation software
- Own end-to-end project management of customer implementations
- Become a trusted compensation expert and strategic advisor to customers
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
- Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication
