Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal management skills
Responsibilities
- Operate and Maintain Hyundai Powered Industrial Vehicles in accordance with published standard operating procedures and OSHA requirements.
- Achieve daily productivity goals set by Team Leaders.
- Handling materials as required to maintain inventory or facilitate the production process.
- Reading, interpreting, and following Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) to ensure precise execution of logistics operations.
- Maintain good housekeeping practices and ensure equipment condition is safe.
- Ensure OEM service parts and customer orders are properly handled within the warehouse.
- Unload trucks containing inbound service parts, verify quality and quantity of all inbound parts shipments within set operational timelines.
- Conduct Goods Receipt and/or quality inspection of received goods.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Maintaining a consistent work pace, utilizing time effectively, and completing tasks within designated timeframes.
- Adhering to 5S principles for a clean and organized work environment
- Receive cross training on additional Production Control and Logistics functions
- Demonstrating flexibility to support continuous improvement activities for personal and company growth.
- All other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse Shipping/Receiving Experience (Preferred)
- Powered Industrial Vehicle Certification (Preferred)
